- Start by rolling the red boulder on the right side; this action will drop a stone beneath, crucial for accessing a red boulder later on.
- Next, roll the second red boulder. It triggers a sequence where a blue boulder falls and breaks another obstruction below.
- Finally, roll the last red boulder to complete the puzzle and restore the bridge, allowing you to proceed.
Pit of Silence Upper Level – Laser Puzzle
This area features two laser puzzles requiring precise mirror adjustments to direct lasers toward blue orbs and unlock the next path.
For the first puzzle on the left, the mirrors need to be moved carefully. The screenshots show the initial mirror positions and the final configuration needed to solve it.
To explain the moves clearly, let’s refer to the mirrors by their positions: SW (southwest), SE (southeast), NW (northwest), and NE (northeast).
- Slide the SW mirror down so the laser can hit it.
- Move the SE mirror left until the laser reflects onto it.
- Lower the NE mirror to bring it into the laser’s path.
- Shift the NW mirror right, then upward to finalize the alignment and complete the puzzle.
The second laser puzzle requires redirecting a laser from the right side over to the left, where the initial puzzle was solved. Pressing the reset button helps return mirrors to their starting positions for a clean setup.
The principles are similar to the first puzzle, but the sequence and positions vary. Follow the steps carefully to get the laser traveling correctly through this new pathway.
- Slide the SE mirror down until the laser hits it.
- Move the NW mirror down, navigating it around the SW mirror until it aligns with the hole in the wall on the left side.
- Lift the SW mirror up so the laser hits it; you’ll know it’s right if the laser beams connect to the left puzzle area.
- Move the NE mirror leftward to clear the path.
- Push the SE mirror all the way up to the top.
- Finally, move the SW mirror right and down to catch the laser from the right puzzle, solving the challenge.
