Throughout the game, there are 11 hidden perks waiting to be uncovered. Each one enhances different facets of gameplay, from horsemanship to alchemy, offering unique bonuses you won't get through normal progression.

Airgiyn tav How to Unlock: This perk becomes available at the conclusion of the quest "Quarrel of the horse dealers" when you side with Bibrek or successfully mediate the dispute between Mikolaj and Bibrek. It was likely introduced with the Horse Racing update and can also be added through cheats. Perk Effects: While mounted, you get a +10% boost to Ranged Attack and +3 to Marksmanship, making you deadlier on horseback. Category: Horsemanship
Good old Pebbles
How to Unlock: To earn this, ride Pebbles for a total of 35 kilometers.
Perk Effects: Pebbles receives a substantial permanent buff of +20 to Strength, Agility, and Vitality, which translates to 210 Stamina, 338 Capacity, 55 Speed, and 12 Courage — a significant upgrade for your trusty steed.

Steak tartare How to Unlock: Drink the Strange Potion located in Rabstein Mill ruin north of Old Lhota (in the Kutenberg region). Be sure to consume a Strong Digestive Potion as well to prevent poisoning as the Strange Potion is toxic. Perk Effects: Enables you to eat raw meat without risk of food poisoning, a real lifesaver in the wild.
Unarmed master strike
How to Unlock: This perk is exclusive to NPCs and not obtainable through normal gameplay. However, you can unlock it via cheat by activating developer mode and entering: #player.soul:AddPerk('eaf706c8-e8f8-4175-81de-b1c1dec4e2ba').

How to Unlock: Steal items with a total value of 10k Groschen (you can check this stat in the Crime statistics)
Perk Effects: Get extra Groschen each time you pickpocket someone and loot a body
