To unlock the Garage and earn the I am speed achievement, start by cleaning the Court area until you obtain the sprint ability. This gives you a vital speed boost for accessing new zones.
Once you have the sprint ability, approach the garage side door and press the nearby button to raise the door. Hold the button down until the door is fully open; leaving it early causes it to close.
Sprint and jump through the opening promptly before the door closes. Clearing areas that grant speed boosts, like the Frontyard and Driveway, will help you reach the door in time.
The Frontyard and Driveway each increase your movement speed by 0.2 meters per second when cleaned, assisting your quick dash to the garage.
Sprint and jump to enter quickly. Once inside, the door stays open and the achievement unlocks. If you struggle to reach the door in time, clear areas that grant speed bonuses.
Frontyard increases move speed by 0.2 m/s.
Driveway increases move speed by 0.2 m/s.
After unlocking and entering the garage, gain access to the Basement without needing to clean the backdoor. The cellar hatch is already open, simplifying entry to this new area.
Cleaning the Basement halfway gives you a 0.25x boost in leaf value, encouraging thorough exploration. Completing 100% cleaning unlocks access to the Shed roof through a small fence gate on the shed’s right side.
Cleaning the Basement to 50% adds +0.25x leaf value. Cleaning it 100% unlocks the Shed roof.
After 100% Basement completion, use the small fence gate on the right side of the shed to reach the roof.
Vacationist – How to Unlock the Grill Area
Once the Shed is reachable, clean it fully to unlock the Grill area. Achieving a 50% clean rate also grants an additional 0.2 m/s movement speed, making leaf gathering more efficient.

The Grill sits behind a large wooden fence located between the Shed and the main house. You can get a visual from the Shed roof, serving as a vantage point for your next tasks.
You can also see it from the Shed roof.
Cleaning the Pool area completely is crucial to unlocking the Greenhouse . A 50% clean yields a 0.25x leaf value multiplier, rewarding dedicated effort.
After reaching the Grill area, clean the Pool to 100%. At 50%, you get +0.25x leaf value. The small gate in the hedge unlocks once the Pool is fully cleaned.
Gain entry to the Greenhouse through a small hedge gate once the Pool is spotless. An alternative route leads through a wooden gate in the Swing area. Be sure to clean all pool components including loungers for full credit.
Infiltrator – How to Unlock the Secret Room
Complete the Greenhouse cleanup and the Swings area to 100%. The Swings unlocks the crouch ability mapped to CTRL, which is necessary to reach the Secret Room.
With crouching unlocked, return to the Basement and access the Secret Room by crawling through a vent. While this ends the main story, you remain free to keep playing afterward.
The crouch ability is required to pass the vent.
Novice Investor – How to Buy Your First Item
To unlock the Novice Investor achievement, gather leaves and convert them into in-game money until you have $0.75. Head to the Shed to purchase the Medium Leaf Bag which raises your carrying capacity to 200 leaves.

Seal the Deal – How to Tie 5000 Leaves into Bags
The Seal the Deal achievement requires tying bags containing a cumulative total of 5000 leaves. Unlock bag tying by completing the Porch area to 100%. Tie bags by holding the right mouse button when a bag is full.
Keep tying bags during normal play and you will likely reach 5000 leaves naturally.
Almighty – How to Unlock Bag Tying, Sprint and Crouch
Obtain the Almighty achievement by unlocking three abilities: bag tying, sprint, and crouch. Clean the Porch, Court, and Swings areas fully to acquire these abilities respectively, with the Garage unlocking access to Swings.
Porch gives you the bag tying ability at 100%.
Court gives you the sprint ability at 100%.
Swings gives you the crouch ability at 100%.
Leaf of Faith – How to Jump into a 1000-Leaf Pile
For Leaf of Faith, pile at least 1000 leaves using the Rake and then jump into the formed heap. Buying the Rake requires $7.49, so accumulate cash accordingly.
Use the Rake to pile up leaves and jump into the pile. The Journal shows how many leaves the pile contained.
Stacking in a corner works better. You may need more than 1000 leaves because they do not stack perfectly.
Leaf No Leaf Behind – How to Clean Every Area 100%
The Leaf No Leaf Behind achievement demands 100% cleaning of all 13 major areas. You can track your completion status using the map, which displays leaves collected versus total for each sector.

Areas that must be 100%: Frontyard, Entrance, Porch, Driveway, Court, Garage, Swings, Basement, Shed, Grill, Pool, Maze, Greenhouse.
Senior Investor – How to Buy All Tools and Upgrades

Open the Upgrades tab in your book and complete all available upgrades for each category.
Trashketball – How to Dump a Tied Leaf Bag from 15 Meters
Trashketball challenges you to throw a tied leaf bag into the basketball hoop from at least 15 meters. Position yourself strategically on the basketball court, use sprint and jump, and aim carefully for the perfect arc.
Your position should allow enough distance. Use the example position as a reference.
Center the mouse over the trash can lid before releasing the bag to get the correct arc.
Dunk like you’re drunk – How to Hit the Basket with Three Items
For Dunk like you’re drunk, successfully throw a basketball, a beach ball, and a tied leaf bag through the basketball hoop. Each ball is found in different unlocked areas—the basketball in the garage and the beach ball near the pool.
Pick up the basketball in the garage and throw it through the basket.
Pick up the beach ball from the pool and throw it through the basket as well. Finally, tie a leaf bag and throw it through to finish the achievement.
