If your queue has been frozen for several minutes, click Cancel Queue instead of waiting indefinitely.
Some players have reported being stuck for five minutes or longer before cancelling the queue. After doing so, the game immediately displayed a Terms and Conditions or Accept Terms screen that had never appeared while waiting.
Once the terms were accepted, they were able to enter the game normally.

- Close the game.
- Launch it again.

- Repeat the process several times.
It may take multiple attempts before the client successfully connects to the login server.

Be Patient During Peak Hours

If the problem is server-side, you’ll simply need to wait until the developers resolve it.
