Talk to Pip
Begin the quest by speaking with Pip at Winds’ Rest.
Pip has become increasingly suspicious of Dramm’s unusual behaviour. Rather than believing the spirit blacksmith has received a genuine divine revelation, Pip suspects someone is manipulating him through the chime of the Bell of Return. To uncover the truth, Pip asks you to travel back into the Hallowgrove and search for the remaining bell fragments.
Investigate the Hallowgrove
Travel to the marked location within the Hallowgrove and investigate the designated area.
Carefully explore the objective zone until the investigation is complete. During your search, you’ll gather more evidence surrounding the Bell of Return and the mysterious force connected to it. Once the investigation is finished, return to Winds’ Rest with your findings.
Talk to Dramm the Blacksmith
Bring the recovered Bell of Return fragment to Dramm at the forge.
The moment Dramm sees the fragment, he immediately recognizes it and becomes convinced that the mysterious “new god” is truly guiding him. He believes restoring the Bell of Return will allow him to reunite with his long-lost sister and begs you to recover every remaining fragment scattered throughout the Hallowgrove.
Although Dramm’s determination is sincere, his obsession continues to grow, raising even more questions about the unknown force influencing his thoughts.
Report to Dew
After speaking with Dramm, return to Dew and explain everything you have learned.
Dew quickly realizes that the mysterious entity known as the Blasphemer is using the Bell of Return to corrupt the minds of both the living and wandering souls. Rather than destroying the fragments immediately, she decides they may provide an opportunity to trace the source of the corruption. Dew therefore instructs you to continue collecting the remaining Bell of Return fragments from the Hallowgrove.
Before your next expedition, Dew also recommends visiting Sigrid the Brewmaster at Winds’ Rest. Preparing powerful brews and supplies before venturing deeper into the Hallowgrove will greatly improve your chances of surviving the increasingly dangerous missions ahead.
Completing these objectives finishes The Eccentric Blacksmith quest and advances the main storyline toward uncovering the true identity of the Blasphemer and the dark power hidden within the Bell of Return.
