Combat & Guides
These foes focus on close-quarters combat. Watch for white glints to trigger Ghost Step via Deflect, and evade unblockable red flashes with precise dodges. Draining their Sha-Qi gauge breaks their guard, leaving them vulnerable to increased damage. Sneaking up from behind while crouched triggers an execution—which can chain between adjacent grunts—as does dropping from above while undetected or finishing off critical targets. Soul remains completely invincible during all execution animations.
