Daily directives in Quarantine Zone: The Final Check become a crucial part of gameplay after your first week. They challenge you to make tough decisions — sending survivors to quarantine, confiscating suspicious items, or eliminating threats — all while managing the safety of your camp. These missions often feel tense because they blend morality, strategy, and survival, forcing you to balance risk with reward as you build and protect your base.
All Directives in Quarantine Zone
Requirements: Find Solomon. Directive: Send to quarantine. Reward: 1200$
The initial directive is straightforward: during your regular inspections, keep an eye on survivor name tags by pressing C to view symptoms with their name displayed in the top left. Spot Solomon and make sure to send him to quarantine to fulfill the objective and earn your reward.
The first directive is pretty straight forward. All you have to do is check the name of the survivors as you do your regular inspections. If you’re unsure how to do that, press C to view the symptom list and you should see the name on the top left side. Make sure to send survivors according to the instructions. In the case of Solomon, send him to Quarantine.
Requirements: Find survivor with bruised face. Directive: Eliminate target. Reward: 1200$
This directive targets the saboteur letting zombies into camp. Look specifically for a survivor with bruises similar to the example provided — avoid confusing red bruises or other discolorations. Identifying this individual correctly is vital for securing enough survivors for evacuation and achieving the good ending.
For the second directive, they want you to find someone who intentionally lets zombies into camp. If you want to get the Good Ending and get enough people for your Evacuations, it’s important to get the right person sent to Liquidation. In this case, make sure that the survivor’s bruises are the same kind as the ones shown in the picture above, NOT red bruises or other kinds of skin discoloration.
Requirements: Do not confiscate police baton. Directive: Target contraband NOT seized. Reward: 1200$
This one confused many, including me, as police batons seem to rarely appear or may be unrecognizable in survivors’ belongings. Avoid confiscating anything unfamiliar beyond obvious contraband like drugs, guns, or sharp weapons to meet the directive conditions without losing money needlessly.
For this directive, I wasn’t sure if it’s a bug, or there is no person with a police baton. Or if I simply don’t know what a police baton looks like. But I googled it to check, and indeed I didn’t find any police batons through the survivors’ belongings. As general advice, other than contraband that looks like drugs or things like guns, bullets and maybe sharp weapons, just don’t confiscate anything else. You might lose a few $, but you’ll get more by clearing the directive.
Day 10 – Smuggler’s Run
- Requirements: Find candy bar.
- Directive: Confiscate item.
- Reward: 1200$
The candy bar is easy to spot during inspections, but it helps to cross-reference the provided image to avoid confusion with other items.
Day 11 – Wanted: Saw
- Requirements: Find Saw.
- Directive: Eliminate target.
- Reward: 1200$
This target stands out by carrying two chainsaws: a golden collectible and a red one. Confiscate all contraband from this survivor for an extra cash bonus before sending them to liquidation to complete the directive.
Day 12 – Skeletons In The Closet
- Requirements: Street name “Ash Bridge Street”, Name starting with “An”
- Directive: Send to quarantine.
- Reward: 1200$
Pay close attention to these keyword requirements. While the name might not always match, prioritizing survivors linked to Ash Bridge Street usually suffices. If uncertain, you can also check for names starting with “An” to be safe.
Day 13 – Wanted: Explosive Expert
- Requirements: Find explosive lemons.
- Directive: Eliminate target.
- Reward: 1200$
The lemon thief is hard to miss. Although some survivors may have green limes, your target will be carrying multiple lemons. By this stage, you likely have a gun, allowing you to eliminate the suspect through shooting, liquidation, or sending them to the lab — the method doesn’t impact completion.
Day 14 – A Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing
- Requirements: Find “How to Quit Smoking” book.
- Directive: Confiscate item.
- Reward: 1200$
During your inspections, you’ll encounter a book titled How to Quit Smoking with a skull on its cover. Confiscate this item to satisfy the directive quickly.
Day 15 – The Kids Aren’t Alright
- Requirements: Find sixteen year old girl.
- Directive: Send to quarantine.
- Reward: 1200$
Use the Distribution menu to check survivor profiles, focusing on age data. There’s usually only one sixteen-year-old girl, so be sure to quarantine her even if she appears symptom-free.
Day 16 – Toxic Avenger
- Requirements: Find Limburger cheese.
- Directive: Confiscate item.
- Reward: 1200$
A straightforward one: scan survivor bags until you spot Limburger cheese and confiscate it to meet the requirement.
Day 17 – Wanted: Patient 0.5
- Requirements: 8 Horatio St., NY
- Directive: Eliminate target.
- Reward: 1200$
Locate your target by checking their city and street name within the Distribution tab. Upon identification, eliminate the target using any preferred method to complete the directive.
Day 18 – The Gray Tide
- Requirements: Thin out the rats.
- Directive: Eliminate 3 rats with the hammer.
- Reward: 1200$
Rats darting madly around can make this surprisingly tricky. However, using crouch (press CTRL) lets you sneak up without alarming them. Then swing your hammer to take out the rats, three times in total for an easy clear.
Until I remembered that there is a button for crouching. Press CTRL and then you can get in a crouch position and get close to the ras without them running away. Then hit them with the hammer. Do it 3 times.
Day 19 – Rave From The Grave
- Requirements: Find soda can.
- Directive: Confiscate item.
- Reward: 1200$
Just like previous confiscation tasks, look for the soda can during inspections and seize it to fulfill the directive.
Day 20 – Wanted: Food Monster
- Requirements: Find overweight survivor with vitiligo.
- Directive: Eliminate target.
- Reward: 1200$
This cannibal infiltrator blends in symptom-free, so watch for an overweight survivor with characteristic vitiligo. Eliminating this unseen threat contributes to your camp’s safety.
Day 21 – Lone Walkers
- Requirements: Find zombies near the wall.
- Directive: Eliminate 3 of them.
- Reward: 1200$
At the garage defense zone, locate any zombies near the walls. Use nearby defense towers to get clear shots. Aim carefully or spam fire since bullets regenerate, eliminating three zombies completes the task. If security guards kill them first, it still counts.
Day 22 – Dead Zone
- Requirements: Find district with animal related name.
- Directive: Send to quarantine.
- Reward: 1200$
Check the street names for animal references, like “Crow.” Identifying a survivor from such an animal-themed district and quarantining them satisfies this directive.
Day 23 – Wanted: Dead Pike Mussik
- Requirements: Find Pike Mussik.
- Directive: Eliminate target.
- Reward: 1200$
Track down Pike Mussik by reviewing the Distribution or Symptoms tab. Eliminating him by any means wraps up the directive.
Day 24 – Firestarter
- Requirements: Find flamethrower.
- Directive: Do NOT confiscate item.
- Reward: 1200$
This directive mirrors the confusion from day 9. If you spot any object resembling a flamethrower, allow it through without confiscation regardless of suspicions to comply with the task.
Day 25 – Lone Walkers (Repeat)
- Requirements: Find zombies near the wall.
- Directive: Eliminate 3 of them.
- Reward: 1200$
This repeats the task from Day 21. Same strategy applies, but if no zombies appear near the walls due to a bug, restarting the game typically resolves the issue, allowing you to complete the directive.
