Choosing the right sword in Sailor Piece honestly makes a massive difference once you get deeper into the game. Some weapons may look cool at first, but once you actually test them against bosses, grinding spots, and PvP fights, you quickly realize certain swords completely outclass others. With all the newer updates adding stronger weapons and shifting the meta around, a lot of older swords just do not hit as hard anymore.

After testing, comparisons, and seeing what players are currently using the most, here is a full breakdown of where the current swords stand in the meta right now.

S+ Tier

These are the absolute best swords in Sailor Piece right now. If you manage to get one of these, you are pretty much set for both grinding and combat.

Dragon Goddess

Dragon Goddess easily sits at the top right now. The damage output is crazy, the abilities feel smooth, and overall it just performs better than almost every other weapon in the game.

Whether you are farming bosses or fighting players, this sword stays consistently powerful. A lot of players consider it the current king of the meta for a reason.

If you can grind for this weapon, it is 100% worth the effort.

S Tier

These swords are still insanely strong and easily among the best options available.

Abyssal Empress

Abyssal Empress is one of those swords that immediately feels powerful once you start using it. The damage is very reliable, the moves hit hard, and it works extremely well for overall progression.

Definitely one of the strongest swords currently available.

Atomic

Atomic remains one of the best high-end swords in the game. The attacks deal massive damage, and it simply performs well in almost every situation.

For players who like aggressive combat and fast clears, Atomic is still an amazing option.

Great Mage

Great Mage honestly surprised a lot of players after testing. Compared to weapons like Ice Queen, it simply outputs more damage overall on most attacks.

The scaling feels very strong right now, which is why many experienced players rank it above several older meta swords.

Ice Queen

Ice Queen is still a very solid late-game weapon. The abilities are strong, the damage is reliable, and overall it remains one of the better swords for grinding and combat.

It may not completely dominate the meta like Dragon Goddess, but it is still absolutely worth using.

A Tier

These swords are very good and can still compete well, but they fall slightly behind the absolute top-tier options.

Shadow Malice

Shadow Malice sits in a really solid position right now. It has good damage, decent abilities, and feels much stronger than most mid-game swords.

It is not broken, but definitely strong enough to carry you through a large part of the game.

True Aizen

At one point, True Aizen used to be considered one of the strongest swords in Sailor Piece. Even now, it is still extremely solid.

The problem is that newer weapons have simply overtaken it in raw performance. It still holds up very well, but it no longer feels untouchable like before.

Still a very strong weapon overall.

B Tier

These swords are usable and decent, but there are clearly better options available once you progress further.

Slime Sword (Formerly Remorse Sword)

This sword is actually not bad at all. Compared to a lot of weaker early-game weapons, it feels much smoother and more reliable.

It is a decent mid-tier option if you do not yet have access to stronger swords.

Yamato

Yamato honestly feels pretty average right now. It is not terrible, but nothing about it really stands out anymore.

You can still use it effectively, but most players will eventually replace it with something stronger.

C Tier

These swords are mostly mid and usually not worth investing heavily into.

Manipulator Sword (Formerly Aizen Sword)

Manipulator Sword is one of those weapons that is neither amazing nor completely awful. It just feels average in almost every category.

There are simply too many stronger swords available now.

Shadow Sword

Shadow Sword suffers from the same issue as Manipulator. It works, but nothing about it feels impressive anymore.

Once you start getting better weapons, you will probably stop using this very quickly.

Ichigo Sword (Formerly Soul Reaper Sword)

Ichigo Sword performs slightly better than some weaker options, but overall it still falls into the mid category.

Not terrible for progression, but definitely not something worth keeping long-term.

D Tier

These swords struggle badly compared to newer weapons.

Jinmu Sword

Jinmu honestly feels disappointing right now. The damage is weak, the abilities are underwhelming, and overall it just does not justify the grind needed to obtain it.

Most players are better off skipping this sword entirely.

Griffin

Griffin is probably one of the better early-game swords, but compared to modern weapons, it falls behind very quickly.

It works temporarily, but you should replace it as soon as possible.

F Tier

These are currently the weakest swords in the game.

Katana

Katana is basically the beginner weapon. It is useful early on because new players need something to start with, but it becomes outdated extremely fast.

Low damage and limited abilities make it one of the weakest overall options.

Dark Blade

Despite the name sounding cool, Dark Blade really does not perform well right now.

Compared to stronger swords, the damage and overall usefulness are simply too low.

Saber

Saber falls into the same category as many weaker early-game weapons. It is usable for beginners, but there is almost no reason to continue using it once better swords become available.

Special Mention: Ragnar

Ragnar is kind of a strange case.

For actual gameplay, it is honestly not very strong anymore. However, because the sword is now unobtainable, it has gained a lot of trading value among players.

So while it may not dominate combat, it still holds value as a rare collector item.

Right now, the Sailor Piece meta heavily favors newer high-damage swords like Dragon Goddess, Atomic, and Abyssal Empress. Older weapons that used to dominate the game have slowly fallen behind as updates introduced stronger abilities and better scaling.

If you are a newer player, do not stress too much about getting perfect weapons immediately. Early swords are still useful for progression even if they rank low overall. But once you start reaching late-game content, upgrading into stronger meta weapons becomes extremely important.

At the moment, Dragon Goddess easily feels like the strongest overall sword in Sailor Piece, while weapons like Great Mage and Atomic remain close behind as top-tier choices for serious players.
