Chester presents seven trivia challenges during Nightmare Mode. Input the following solutions:

Successfully answering all seven inquiries earns the The Nightmare Quiz achievement alongside a pink badge visible inside the Nightmare window.

Solving all six campaign questions grants an achievement and the golden badge. Immediately after you finish Day 6, Chester will offer an invitation to leave with him. Select YES to trigger the secret Cosmos achievement.

How to Unlock the Nightmare Achievement

Earning this specific achievement requires entering Nightmare Mode and succumbing to an in-game death:

  1. Advance through the primary campaign until reaching approximately Day 3.
  2. Wait for an encounter with the clown-masked resident who hands out a promotional flyer.
  3. Note the telephone number 6666 listed on the flyer.
  4. Dial 6666 on your desk phone and select YES when prompted to access Nightmare Mode.
  5. Allow any lethal threat in Nightmare Mode to defeat you.

Upon being sent back to the security booth, the clown will eliminate your character and unlock the achievement.

Note: Suffering a death inside Nightmare Mode instantly fails your current shift, requiring a full restart of the day.

Avoid the Nightmare Mode Dialing Glitch

Do not dial 6666 before formally receiving the flyer from the clown-masked visitor. Calling early can cause the interface to freeze on the confirmation prompt, locking control inputs and forcing you to exit to the main menu to restart your shift. Always acquire the flyer before attempting the call.
