Which Trophies Are Missable?
Not every Trophy/Achievement requires a separate checklist. Several will unlock naturally as you progress through the story, while others require specific actions.
The more important ones to watch are the achievements tied to choices, companions, difficulty, and time-sensitive objectives. For example, Uphill Battle requires you to complete the game on the Duelist difficulty preset while saving the people of Laslea.
The ending-related achievements are also worth planning around. The Turncoat and The Folk Hero require different choices during the final stages of the story, while Together Forever is connected to one of the game’s alternate endings.
If you’re aiming for the Platinum Trophy, it’s worth keeping a manual save before major decision points so you don’t have to replay the entire game just to reach a different outcome.
