Day 3 House – 2 Eyes
The first two eyes can be found early in the Day 3 House chapter, tucked away in places you might overlook the first time around.
1. Inside the fridge
Upon entering the house, make your way to the kitchen and open the fridge. The first eye is chilling inside, a subtle but crucial find to kick off the collection.
2. Near the bathroom
Head to the bathroom and inspect the trash bin situated to the right of the toilet seat. The second eye lies discarded within, an unsettling but necessary discovery.
Day 4 Restaurant – 1 Eye
3. Under the man’s seat
In the Day 4 Restaurant, locate the man who gave you the seeds. The third eye rests unnoticed beneath his chair—an easy spot to miss if you don’t look carefully.
FINAL Chapter – 3 Eyes
The last three eyes await in the FINAL chapter, distributed across the dark and ominous environment.
4. Near the corpse
Explore the upper-right section near the corpse. The fourth eye is placed nearby, adding an eerie touch to the scene as you collect it.
5. Near the garbage containers
Approach the garbage containers and scan the floor around them. The fifth eye lies there, subtly blending into the grim surroundings.
6. In the bathroom trash
Finally, enter the bathroom and examine the trash bin on the right side of the toilet seat one more time. The sixth and final eye is hidden here, completing your collection.

Do not pick up the body.
Head to the basement where you saw the door and the six designated slots. Place each of the six eyes into these spots carefully.
