Building a strong team in Cookie Run: Crumble becomes much easier once you know which Cookies are worth investing in. Since this is an idle RPG, you’ll gradually collect a large roster, but spreading your upgrade resources across every Cookie isn’t the best approach.

A good tier list can help you decide which characters deserve your resources first, especially once you start pulling SSR Cookies and duplicates from the gacha.

This Cookie Run: Crumble tier list ranks the available Cookies from SS-tier down to B-tier, with the strongest options sitting at the top.

Cookie Run: Crumble Tier List

The Cookies can be divided into four general tiers:

TierHow Good Are They?
SSThe strongest Cookies and your highest investment priorities
SExcellent characters that work extremely well in strong teams
AGood Cookies that remain useful with the right setup
BMore situational choices that are generally replaced by stronger units

One thing to keep in mind is that Cookie Run: Crumble is still relatively new. Rankings can change as players discover stronger team combinations, new Cookies arrive, or balance adjustments alter existing characters.

So don’t immediately abandon a Cookie you’ve already invested heavily in simply because it isn’t sitting at the top of a tier list.

What Are the Best Cookies in Cookie Run: Crumble?

The best Cookies are generally the characters you should prioritize when deciding where to spend your limited upgrade materials.

However, individual strength isn’t everything.

Cookie Run: Crumble revolves around building a team, meaning a slightly weaker individual Cookie may still be valuable if it complements the rest of your lineup.

You should consider:

  • Individual Cookie strength
  • Team synergy
  • Cookie rarity
  • Upgrades from duplicates
  • Your available roster
  • The content you’re currently trying to clear

This becomes especially important early in the game when you won’t have access to every high-ranking character.

Should You Only Use SS-Tier Cookies?

Not necessarily.

An SS-tier character is obviously desirable, but you shouldn’t expect to immediately build an entire team from the highest tier.

Your actual roster depends heavily on what you obtain from the gacha.

Duplicates also matter because pulling another copy of a Cookie isn’t wasted. Those copies can be used to upgrade the Cookie you already own, potentially making a heavily upgraded lower-tier character more useful to your account than a newly obtained character you’ve barely developed.

Use the tier list primarily as an investment guide rather than treating it as a rule that prevents you from using anything outside SS or S-tier.

How to Get More Cookies in Cookie Run: Crumble

You’ll unlock the Cookie gacha after progressing to level 1-5.

Once you’ve reached that point, open the gacha menu and you’ll be able to summon additional Cookies.

There are three pull options:

1 pull, 10 pulls, or 30 pulls at once.

Summons require either Cookie Cutters or Gems.

Your pulls can reward you with entirely new Cookies or duplicates of characters you already have.

What Should You Do With Duplicate Cookies?

Duplicates are useful because they can be used to upgrade your existing units.

That means repeatedly pulling the same character isn’t necessarily a bad result.

As you continue summoning, some of the Cookies you use regularly can become considerably stronger through these upgrades.

This is another reason not to judge your account exclusively by a tier list. A Cookie you’ve upgraded several times may provide much more immediate value than a theoretically stronger Cookie you’ve only just unlocked.

How to Unlock Character Banners

The standard gacha isn’t your only way of targeting new characters.

You can level up the Cookie gacha, which eventually gives you access to specific character banners.

These banners can help narrow your search when you’re trying to obtain particular Cookies rather than relying entirely on the general summoning pool.

Examples include banners featuring characters such as:

Oven Wanderer Cookie and Milky Way Cookie.

These character-focused banners can be especially useful when you’re hunting for an SSR-rarity Cookie.

Best Way to Spend Your Summons

Early on, your main objective should be expanding your roster rather than obsessing over creating a perfect endgame team immediately.

Reach level 1-5, unlock the gacha, and start collecting enough characters to form a functional lineup.

As your account develops, become more selective.

Instead of investing equally in every new Cookie, concentrate your resources on your strongest characters and pay attention to the specific banners you unlock through gacha progression.

If a high-tier SSR becomes available through a targeted banner, that’s generally a much better opportunity to pursue that particular character than simply hoping they appear through unrestricted pulls.

Cookie Run: Crumble Tier List Explained

The most important thing to remember is that the tier list should help you decide who to prioritize, not dictate every character you’re allowed to play.

SS-tier Cookies are your premium choices and generally deserve the most attention. S-tier characters are still excellent and can easily form the backbone of a powerful team. A-tier Cookies remain perfectly usable, particularly when they complement your strongest characters, while B-tier options are more likely to be replaced as your collection grows.

And because duplicates can strengthen characters you already own, your personal best team won’t necessarily look identical to someone else’s.

Once you’ve unlocked the gacha at level 1-5, keep collecting Cookies, upgrade useful duplicates, level up the gacha to gain access to more targeted banners, and gradually replace weaker members of your team as stronger SSR options become available.
