Duskfade All Dye Flask Locations Guide

Duskfade’s alternate costumes come alive with color, letting you customize your look with five distinct dyes for each outfit. To unlock all these colors, you need to hunt down numerous Dye Flasks scattered across the game’s world. Tracking down these flasks is essential for players aiming to personalize their avatar fully or achieve 100% game completion.

There are a total of thirty Dye Flasks hidden throughout Duskfade. However, you only need to find twenty-eight by exploring the various stages since two can be purchased. Each stage holds at least one flask, making thorough exploration rewarding.

All Dye Flask Locations in Duskfade

Tick Town Dye Flasks

Tick Town offers two purchasable Dye Flasks. You’ll gain access to one after defeating the boss in the Prison of the Beast and the other following the Veiled Chambers boss encounter.

Erazus Forest Dye Flasks

Erazus Forest contains two Dye Flasks that are initially unreachable during your first visit. You’ll need key abilities from other stages to collect them later.

Dye Flask 1

After obtaining the Grappling Hook in Starstone Mines, return to the Erazus Forest’s fast travel point. Look left for balloons to grapple across. Following them leads you beneath an earlier bridge where this Dye Flask rests.

Dye Flask 2

Once you acquire the Pendulum from Apprentice’s Wing, revisit Erazus Forest. Use the Pendulum to break crystals near a buried chest, revealing the second Dye Flask.

Scorched Grove Dye Flask Locations

In Scorched Grove, you can collect only one Dye Flask on the first visit; the second requires the Pendulum for retrieval later.

Dye Flask 1

Near the stage’s end, jump on a bouncy plant attached to a house. Combine a double jump and mid-air dodge to reach a platform holding this Dye Flask.

Dye Flask 2

After gaining the Pendulum, visit the path left of Scorched Grove’s fast travel. Dig up a buried chest with your Pendulum to find this secondary dye.

Starstone Mines Dye Flask Locations

Two Dye Flasks lie in Starstone Mines; one is off-limits during your initial run-through.

Dye Flask 1

While inside Clockmaster’s Workshop, divert left to a set of steps instead of following the main path to snag this flask.

Dye Flask 2

Post-Pendulum, return to Starstone Mines fast travel. Head right through an orange crystal-blocked path you can now shatter. At the path’s end, a Theiving Cat guards a lilypad where this Dye Flask rests.

Mount Cinder Dye Flask Locations

There’s only one Dye Flask tucked within Mount Cinder’s fiery terrain.

Dye Flask 1

Just beyond the entrance, leap across lava-emanating pillars to reach a rocky outcrop on the right holding this flask.

Meridian Village Dye Flask Locations

Meridian Village hides two flasks, but the second is locked behind the Pendulum acquisition.

Dye Flask 1

Near the end of the village’s forest section, a grapple point beside the fast travel exit leads to a rocky ledge with this dye.

Dye Flask 2

After obtaining the Pendulum, jump through a series of ledges and grapple points beyond a building near the fast travel. Defeat enemies on land, then locate a ledge with a buried chest to unearth another Dye Flask.

To the right of this area’s fast travel point you’ll see a building that you can jump on top of. From here, traverse the platforms until you reach the top of the eastern cliffside. Here there will be a series of grapple points that will lead you slightly north until you’re back on land. After fighting the enemies here and getting the Heart Piece, look to the right before jumping all the way back down. Here you will spot a ledge with a buried chest. Use your Pendulum to uncover it and gain another Dye Flask.

Lantern Port Dye Flask Locations

Lantern Port has two Dye Flasks but only one is accessible on the initial visit.

Dye Flask 1

Left of the fast travel, use a bouncy plant near the port to launch to an island. Climb boxes here; the last one nets you this flask.

Dye Flask 2

Once you have the Sundial from Celestial Kingdom, travel back to the stage’s start. A platform to the right hiding behind a wall grants access to this Dye Flask.

Clockwork Academy Dye Flasks

A lone Dye Flask is tucked in the Clockwork Academy.

From the fast travel room, head right to a bouncy plant that catapults you across multiple pads to land on a rock bearing this flask.

Craftsman’s Wing Dye Flasks

Find a single Dye Flask here.

Next to the fast travel point, leap across to a water spire from the opposite pendulum to claim this flask.

Great Library Dye Flasks

The Great Library holds one Dye Flask, inaccessible before you get the Wings.

After securing the Wings in Clockmaker’s Rest, return to the library’s fast travel point and glide right to a ledge with this flask.

Canal Hamlet Dye Flasks

At level start, a left turn reveals a ledge reachable by jumping atop a rising water geyser, where this flask sits.

Dye Flask 2

Instead of scaling the aqueduct via wall jump, use grappling points underneath to reach a rocky island containing a buried chest with this flask.

This area contains two Dye Flasks.
