Resident Evil Requiem layers its intense story with collectible challenges that reward thorough exploration. One quest that demands attention is finding every single Mr. Raccoon Memoriam statue hidden across the game. Shooting each one not only provides a satisfying sense of discovery but also ramps up Leon’s weapon upgrades for your next playthrough. The catch? These statues can be easy to miss, especially in later locked-off areas, risking a missed opportunity that affects your New Game Plus progression.

The Care Center marks the first real stage where you encounter Mr. Raccoon statues, and it’s here that you’ll spot 10 of the total 25. This area is split between two characters: Grace and Leon. Grace finds eight statues, while Leon picks up two unique ones. Since these are early in your run, the statues here serve as great early targets to familiarize yourself with what you’re hunting.

The debut Mr. Raccoon in the Care Center is practically impossible to overlook. Developers even added a sign pointing it out during Leon’s first section near the Rehabilitation Ward. It’s an ideal warm-up spot to get used to spotting these collectibles.

Care Center Mr. Racoon Memoriam 1

The first Mr. Racoon for the Care Center is so unmissiable that the developers marked it with a sign calling it the first. You’ll encounter it during the first Leon section in the area, near the Rehabilitation Ward.

Care Center Mr. Racoon Memoriam 2

Next, head to the East Wing Lobby of the Care Center, where the Mr. Raccoon awaits perched at the front desk. It’s a prime example of how these statues often blend into everyday environments, demanding a keen eye.

Near the first floor stairs also in the East Lobby, the third Mr. Raccoon is tucked away. This spot highlights how these statues are often placed just off typical sightlines, encouraging players to thoroughly scan each area.

Care Center Mr. Racoon Memoriam 4

On the second floor of the West Wing in the Care Center lies the fourth statue. Set in the northern section of an office, this one might be easy to miss if you rush through, so remember to pause and investigate.

Care Center Mr. Racoon Memoriam 5

One of the trickier statues is locked behind a level three keycard door in the Medication Room. The Mr. Raccoon is wedged near a bed, requiring the right credentials to access and a steady aim to shoot.

Care Center Mr. Racoon Memoriam 6

After gaining some progress with Leon, you can backtrack to the West Wing office and unlock a warped closet where the sixth Mr. Raccoon waits. An intriguing detail: Grace can hear this raccoon but can’t open the closet, underscoring the necessity to switch back to Leon at this point for full completion.

Care Center Mr. Racoon Memoriam 7

Delving into the basement’s Workshop, the seventh Mr. Raccoon is found on a desk. The lighting and clutter here can make it blend in, so approach carefully.

Care Center Mr. Racoon Memoriam 8

Once you obtain one of the power supplies, head over to the Bunkroom. This is where the eighth statue sits, a rewarding target after completing a key puzzle segment.

Care Center Mr. Racoon Memoriam 9

After Leon picks up the sniper rifle, look out to your left and aim through the window to spot the ninth Mr. Raccoon. It’s visible by the stone gate Grace initially entered. This moment encourages you to make connections between areas with both characters.

Care Center Mr. Racoon Memoriam 10

Near the end of Grace’s secret lab infiltration, the tenth Mr. Raccoon awaits. This confirms the pattern that most collectibles appear in story-critical or atmospheric locations, rewarding careful exploration.

East Racoon City Mr. Racoon Memoriam Locations

Switching to Leon’s city adventure, East Racoon City ups the challenge. The city’s devastation creates a messy backdrop, making Mr. Raccoon statues easy to overlook. Here, nine statues are scattered amidst rubble and forgotten ruins, forcing players to remain vigilant.

As you enter East Racoon City, two buildings stand out. The first one on your left holds a statue that’s easy to miss if you rush in. Luckily, backtracking remains an option if you accidentally pass it.

Moving through the Underground Parking Garage, don’t skip the small adjoining room where another statue hides. Areas like this emphasize the need to explore even side chambers.

East Racoon City Mr. Racoon Memoriam 3

After obtaining a bomb detonator piece, Leon uses binoculars to survey the area. Turning around afterward allows you to use a scoped rifle to shoot a nearby Mr. Raccoon carefully concealed in the environment.

East Racoon City Mr. Racoon Memoriam 4

At the gas station during the fuel search, a statue rests on a shelf in the center of the building. This spot showcases how Mr. Raccoons often masquerade as environmental props, blending into everyday objects.

East Racoon City Mr. Racoon Memoriam 5

While scaling the Willis Tower, a quick detour to an office reveals another statue. This encourages thoroughness, as missing this could throw off your total count.

East Racoon City Mr. Racoon Memoriam 6

Beside the gas station, a gate and generator require fuel. The path leading away from here winds through sewer pipes toward the subway, but looking backward leads to a spot perfect for shooting a Mr. Raccoon visible from the street bridge above as well.

East Racoon City Mr. Racoon Memoriam 7

In the subway’s train cars, one Mr. Raccoon rests inside a wagon that you must traverse. The claustrophobic setting adds a tense flavor to this collectible hunt.

East Racoon City Mr. Racoon Memoriam 8

This statue hides inside a bus near the gas station—a detail easily missed if rushing through the area. Take your time checking all vehicles for hidden secrets.

East Racoon City Mr. Racoon Memoriam 9

On the top floor of Cedarbrook Apartments, find a fridge concealing the final East Racoon City statue. Spotting it requires a keen eye for unusual placements.

The Racoon City Center is more compact, which shrinks the number of statues to just four. The smaller scale doesn’t mean it’s easier; access to some rooms can become blocked if you don’t act quickly.

This area is smaller than the others so there are less Racoons to find, however you should keep your eye out anyway before access to certain rooms is blocked.

Before entering the police station, shoot the Mr. Raccoon hiding among rubble to your left. This spot is a good reminder to scan debris thoroughly, as collectibles often lurk in destruction.

Racoon City Center Mr. Racoon Memoriam 2

Inside what remains of the Operations Room, another statue is integrated into the rubble. Its subtle placement rewards players with patience and attention to detail.

When searching the library, look beneath a bookshelf. This Mr. Raccoon spot underscores the importance of examining low and hidden spots, rather than just eye-level objects.

Racoon City Center Mr. Racoon Memoriam 4

Before you exit the area, poke around the alley by Gun Shop Kendo. Aiming up into a window reveals the last statue in this section, pushing you to consider vertical scanning too.

ARK Mr. Racoon Memoriam Locations

Finally, the ARK area offers just two statues—one per character—and wraps up the hunt. Their limited number makes them crucial not to miss during this tightly designed final stage.

ARK Mr. Racoon Memoriam 1

Playing as Leon, find the first ARK Mr. Raccoon in a hallway just past the Loading Docks. This location is integral as you are often moving quickly, so make sure to slow down and investigate.

ARK Mr. Racoon Memoriam 2

The final Mr. Raccoon sits in the ARK Control Room while on Grace’s segment. Spotting this last statue caps off a challenge that spans the entire game and rewards comprehensive exploration and combat skills alike.
