Radiant Slimes are one of those additions that feel rare enough to be exciting, but just common enough that you know there has to be a better way to find them. And there is.
Instead of wandering the map hoping one appears, there are nine guaranteed Radiant Slime spawns across the world. Once you know where to look, you can secure a full collection early and build around them without relying on luck.
Here’s every confirmed location, broken down area by area so you can grab them efficiently.
Rainbow Fields (1 Radiant Slime)
Your first guaranteed Radiant Slime is in Rainbow Fields, and it’s one of the easiest to grab early.
- Head toward the grassy area behind the Ember Valley portal
- Look for a slightly tucked-away section off the main path
- The Radiant Slime will spawn as you approach
This is usually the first one most players encounter without even realizing it’s guaranteed.
Ember Valley (2 Radiant Slimes)
Ember Valley has two guaranteed spawns, both slightly hidden but easy to reach once you know the paths.
Location 1
- Found inside a small enclosed room / alcove
- Typically off a side path away from the main volcanic routes
Location 2
- Located in a larger open area
- Easier to spot once you’re exploring deeper into Ember Valley
If you’re clearing Ember Valley properly, you can pick up both in a single trip.
Starlight Strand (2 Radiant Slimes)
Starlight Strand spreads its Radiant spawns across two distinct areas.
Location 1
- Hidden inside a small room or cave-like space
- Slightly off the main travel routes
Location 2
- Found in the sand pit / lower terrain area
- Usually at the back end of the zone
These are easy to miss if you stick to the surface level paths, so make sure to explore vertically.
Powderfall Bluffs (1 Radiant Slime)
There’s only one here, but it’s a bit more dangerous to grab.
- Head to the marked location in Powderfall Bluffs
- Go underground into a tunnel area
- You’ll find the Radiant Slime near feral slimes
Be prepared before heading in, as the surrounding enemies can make this one slightly annoying to collect.
Grey Labyrinth (3 Radiant Slimes)
The final three guaranteed Radiant Slimes are all inside the Grey Labyrinth.
- Start in the main entry area
- Follow branching paths into deeper sections
- Each location is tucked behind hidden routes or progression paths
Unlike other zones, these are closer together, so you can grab all three in one run if you know the layout.
Important Notes About Guaranteed Radiants
- These spawns are one-time only
- They trigger when you approach the area
- The type of Radiant Slime is random, not tied to the region
This means you can get unusual combinations, like slimes appearing in areas they normally wouldn’t.
