To save you the trouble, this guide walks through all 9 Sunken Shard locations in the order you’ll likely encounter them. Follow along, collect each shard, and you’ll have the full set without wasting time searching every corner of the game.
Tip: Some shards are hidden behind structures or below platforms, so always look around before leaving a stage.
Sunken Shard #1 – Behind the Spawn Area
Your first shard is the easiest to grab.
As soon as you spawn into the lobby, don’t run toward the stages immediately. Instead, head behind the spawn area, where you’ll find the first Sunken Shard waiting for you.
This is the perfect shard to collect before beginning your run through the stages.
Sunken Shard #2 – On Top of the Lobby Tree
Stay in the lobby after collecting the first shard.
Look for the large tree near the starting area and climb to the top. You’ll find the second Sunken Shard sitting on top of the tree.
If you’re rushing through the lobby, this is one of the easiest collectibles to overlook.
Sunken Shard #3 – Behind the Second Stage
Travel to Stage 2.
Instead of heading straight through the course, move behind the stage.
Drop down behind the area and you’ll spot the third Sunken Shard hidden there.
It’s slightly out of sight, so make sure you check behind the platform instead of only looking ahead.
Sunken Shard #4 – Stage 4
Head over to Stage 4.
Once you arrive, make your way down into the lower section of the stage.
You’ll find another Sunken Shard waiting there.
After collecting it, you’ll have 4 out of the 9 shards completed.
Sunken Shard #5 – Stage 6 Center Platform
The fifth shard is one of the trickier ones.
Go to Stage 6 and look for the center platform.
The shard is hidden in the middle section, requiring some careful jumping to reach.
Take your time with this one, as it’s easy to overshoot the platform if you’re moving too quickly.
Sunken Shard #6 – Hidden Below the Platform
Continue progressing until you reach the next map.
Instead of following the main path, look for a place where you can safely drop down beneath the platform.
You’ll discover the sixth Sunken Shard hidden underneath.
This one is easy to miss because many players never think to check below the stage.
Sunken Shard #7 – Opposite Side of the Same Area
You won’t need to travel far for the next collectible.
From the previous shard’s location, head over to the opposite side of the map.
Drop down again and you’ll find the seventh Sunken Shard tucked away nearby.
Since both shards are located in the same general area, it’s a good idea to collect them one after another before moving on.
Sunken Shard #8 – Tsunami Map Center
Next, make your way to the Tsunami Map.
Once you’re there, head toward the middle of the map.
The eighth Sunken Shard is located near the center, making it much easier to spot than some of the previous hidden collectibles.
Collect it to bring your total up to 8 out of 9 shards.
Sunken Shard #9 – Final Hidden Location
The last shard is also one of the most difficult.
Move behind the designated area near the end of the map.
You’ll notice the shard positioned in a difficult spot that requires several precise jumps.
Don’t worry if you miss the jump the first time—this is probably the trickiest platforming section in the entire collection route.
Once you successfully land on the platform and collect it, you’ll have all 9 Sunken Shards.
