Buckshot Roulette’s newly launched multiplayer mode is drawing players back, sparking curiosity around its full achievement list. These trophies capture unique moments and challenge your mastery of the single-player experience, underpinning why perfect completion means so much to the community right now.

Every achievement in Buckshot Roulette is rooted in its single-player mode, so it’s essential to focus there first. Getting each one isn’t just a completion task—it’s a deeper dive into how the game’s mechanics and secrets unfold.

Before chasing trophies, prepare to engage with the core gameplay loop. The majority of achievements require specific in-game behaviors and timing—knowing when and how to act makes all the difference.

Achievement 1: Name Taken is one of the simplest to secure. When prompted to enter your name, simply type either ‘God’ or ‘Dealer’ . That’s it—the achievement triggers immediately on input.

Achievement 2: Soak It In demands patience and a good sense of timing. After exiting the bathroom, spend a full minute standing in the nightclub area. This low-key challenge rewards observation and persistence.

Achievement 2: Soak It In

This is also a rather simple achievement. When you go outside the bathroom, stand in the nightclub area for one minute, to get this achievement.

Achievement 3: Bronze Gates tests your endurance. Play through the regular mode until you reach the third round, then let your character die. The achievement unlocks upon death, marking your progress through the early game.

When playing the regular mode, reach the third round of the game, and die, to get this achievement.

Achievement 4: 70K unlocks simply by beating the game. This milestone signals you’ve completed the main challenge and are ready for unlocks that require post-victory interaction.

To get this achievement, you need to beat the game.

Achievement 5: High Rollers

Achievement 5: High Rollers becomes accessible after your first victory. Next time you find yourself in the bathroom, locate the TV and head to the computer to check the leaderboards—this action triggers the achievement.

Achievement 6: Chasing Losses

Achievement 6: Chasing Losses is another post-game unlock. In the bathroom after winning, take the pills placed next to the TV. Consuming these triggers the achievement, adding a layer of risk and reward.

Achievement 7: Overdose

Achievement 7: Overdose builds on the previous one. You must consume the pills ten times, which requires multiple returns to the bathroom or carefully pacing consumption for the full unlock.

Achievement 8: Why?

Achievement 8: Why? revolves around the magnifying glass item found during gameplay. Use it to reveal a live bullet in the gun, then shoot yourself with it. The risky move grants this darkly humorous trophy.

Achievement 9: Going Out With Style!

Achievement 9: Going Out With Style! introduces the Hand Saw item, which doubles the damage of live bullets and costs two lives instead of one. Use the Hand Saw and shoot yourself with a live bullet. Note: dying is not required to get this one.

Note: You don’t need to die to get this achievement.

Achievement 10: Coin Flip

Achievement 10: Coin Flip happens when the gun’s chamber balance is perfect—an equal number of live and blank bullets (50/50 odds). Shoot yourself with a blank bullet under these conditions to unlock it.

Important: Achievements 11 through 16 are only attainable in the Double or Nothing mode. This mode activates each time you consume the pills beside the TV in the bathroom, changing the game’s dynamic and opportunities for trophies.

Achievement 11: 140K

Achievement 11: 140K requires you to win twice consecutively in Double or Nothing mode, then cash out by clicking the cross. This sequence tests both your luck and timing to maximize winnings safely.

Achievement 12: Nope!

Achievement 12: Nope! rewards caution—simply win once in Double or Nothing and cash out immediately. It’s a reminder that quitting while ahead can be the smartest move.

Achievement 13: 1000K

Achievement 13: 1000K is a high-stakes trophy. To unlock it, you must cash out with at least 1,000,000 credits during Double or Nothing, showcasing exceptional risk-taking.

Achievement 14: Know When To Quit

Achievement 14: Know When To Quit is painfully ironic: reach 1,000,000 credits but then choose to lose everything by continuing to gamble. This achievement captures the bitter sting of chasing lost fortune.

Achievement 15: Digita, Orava and Koni

Achievement 15: Digita, Orava and Koni asks you to use the expired medicines, Cigarette Pack, and Beer—all in a single turn within Double or Nothing mode. This one requires both strategy and decent luck to pull off.

Achievement 16: Full House (Hardest Achievement)

Achievement 16: Full House (Hardest Achievement) is the toughest trophy in the game. You need to use all nine items in one turn, despite normally holding only eight. The key is the Adrenaline item, which lets you use your opponent’s items.

Using Adrenaline repeatedly allows you to chain item usage and finally unlock this achievement. It heavily depends on RNG and timing—be prepared for a challenging grind to conquer it.

With every achievement unlocked, you’ve mastered Buckshot Roulette and reached full completion. These trophies mark your journey through its tense, skill-based gameplay and unique mechanics that keep players coming back.
