Traits are passive abilities that give every Evomon unique advantages in battle. They can increase damage, boost stats, apply status effects, improve survivability, or even change the battlefield by summoning weather. Since Traits activate automatically, choosing the right one can greatly improve your team’s performance.

While the best Trait depends on your team and strategy, these are generally considered among the strongest:
- Pursuit – A universal 18% damage increase that benefits nearly every attacker.
- BattleSpirit – Massive offensive boost immediately upon entering battle.
- Reaper – Excellent for sweepers, becoming stronger after every knockout.
- Drain – Consistent Lifesteal greatly improves survivability.
- UltGuard – Helps survive devastating Ultimate Skills.
- Purify – Continuously removes debuffs, making it useful in longer battles.
- Raincall and Flamefiend – Core Traits for weather-focused teams.
- OpenSupport – Lets support Evomon use status moves before most opponents.
Traits are determined by the game and depend on the Evomon you obtain. Some Traits are shared across multiple Evomon, while certain Legendary Traits may be exclusive to specific species. If future updates introduce Trait rerolls or changing mechanics, this guide will be updated accordingly.
