When I first jumped into It’s Fine, I thought it was just another cozy room-management sim. Boy, was I wrong. Beneath the surface, this game packs tons of obscure puzzles, easter eggs, and tricky milestones. If you are aiming for that sweet 100% completion ribbon, here is my full walkthrough covering all the hardest achievements, bizarre hidden room interactions, and the elusive secret barn ending.

Tricky Normal Achievements

Most milestones unlock naturally as you expand your workspace, but several demand specific prestige path setups and careful timing. Here is how I tackled the trickiest ones:

  1. Back to work!: Gather 10 idle Minibots inside the Robotics Bay, then purchase the Enforcer Megabot. Because the Enforcer prioritizes whacking slacking Minibots, the trophy pops almost immediately.
  2. Bombardilo: Avoid investing in the Botfarm Speed and Virality prestige nodes. Instead, grab the Laser Rifles prestige node for your Minibots alongside the Lightning Strike prestige node for Peanut. Assign as many Minibots as possible to the Botfarm, then wait for a stray lightning bolt to trigger every phone at once.
  3. Cat > Dog: Head over to the Company Credit Card panel and purchase both Jinx and Shiro.
  4. Gardeneer: Spec directly into the Straw Hat prestige node, then let the Gardener bot manage a complete growth cycle on any single Garden plot without your intervention.
  5. Legend Has It: Put points into the Print Mastery prestige nodes and stack raw luck upgrades. You will roll a Legendary artifact out of the 3D printer in no time.
  6. Lost in Translation: Max out your luck and pick up all Localization station prestige nodes. Churn through localization demands continuously until a rare Timeline Bonus with a purple outline drops.
  7. Oppenmeower: Stack your Crunch levels and push into a deep run. Once you hit Timeline 3 or beyond, this becomes trivial.
  8. Real Civil: Max out the localizers quantity prestige node, then fulfill demands for all 5 alien clients within a single timeline run.
  9. Real Time Marketing: Hoard a massive pile of Lines of Code (the floppy disk currency). I knocked this out effortlessly right around the time I completed a deep late-game run.
  10. The Clickers Clique: Unlock 4 Auto-Cursors from the prestige tree. Afterward, you can either buy the Betty Megabot or print and equip the Cookie unique artifact from the 3D Printer.
  11. Toxic Positivity: Toxicity caps out at level 5. You can reliably reach this peak after about 4 to 5 timeline jumps, usually once you have beaten the primary story loop.

Hidden Room Secrets

1) Find the Secret Playtester: During the rolling end credits, keep your eyes peeled among the backer names. An entry titled “SECRET PLAYTESTER” will appear randomly—click it right away to claim the unlock.

2) Find the Key to the Basement!: Cast your gaze to the bottom-left corner of the room to spot a key hanging on the wall. First, purchase Jinx. If you hold your cursor completely still near Jinx, the cat locks on and pounces after a brief delay. Position your cursor directly between Jinx and the hanging key so the cat snatches it mid-leap. Once obtained, click the key to inspect the basement.

3) Think Outside the Garden: Grab the Garden watering funnel and carry it across the room. Use it to hydrate every piece of greenery in the office, including the Cactus and Succulents room decorations.

4) It Thrives in Stormy Weather: Finish the 3rd Garden challenge to unlock the Giga-Growth phase for crops. With Peanut’s Lightning Strike purchased, unlock the Lightning Rod room upgrade so lightning can hit the patch. Let a plant mature fully and resist the urge to harvest it. When a bolt strikes the ripe plant, it surges into an enormous form, popping the secret.

5) Trap a Pet Fly: Complete the 1st Garden challenge and head to bed. When your character wakes up, an empty jar sits beneath the computer desk. Click and drag that jar onto an active Garden plot to trap a glowing firefly.

6) Win a Game of Simon: Look at the cluster of 3 lightbulbs resting to the left of your Botfarm. Occasionally, one will start blinking. Click it to initiate a retro Simon memory sequence and beat it to secure the achievement.

7) Get Really Lucky: Build your 3D Printer luck stat up to at least 12. Keep churning out items until you hit the jackpot by manufacturing the Uber-Legendary Mirror of Ardnalak.

8) Joe’s Important Note: Zoom in as far as the camera allows to inspect the refrigerator door. Click the tiny note stuck to the fridge to read Joe’s instructions mentioning a secret on the third disc. Next, pan over to the CD stack sitting on the right side of the room and click the 3rd CD down from the top for a fun surprise.

9) It’s Falling the Wrong Way: Hit ESC to bring up the pause screen where various Joe icons rain down. Wait patiently on this screen until a horizontally flipped Joe spawns along the bottom border floating upward. Click him before he escapes.

10) Cheat to Activate Godmode Joe: While in active gameplay, type out iddqd on your keyboard—a classic retro shooter nod that instantly rewards the secret.

11) The Backrooms / Noclip out of Reality: Ensure you have 1 or fewer servers mounted in your Cloud Servers rack, then interact with the Fusebox on the left. This exposes a hidden wall behind the rack. Click directly where the carved wall arrow points.

12) Hidden Platformer Stage: Head back to the Main Menu and hold the D key. A tiny sprite will plummet from the sky alongside floating terrain. Use WASD + Space to steer, leap between platforms, and collect the floating star.

13) Feed it and Evolve It: Unlock the Megabots panel using the 3D Printer, then sleep. A crate requiring Enriched Purranium and Scrap will pop up near the Robotics Bay. Pay the fee to build Dustin, a rolling vacuum bot that cleans room dust. Once Dustin vacuums 10 dust piles, he halts completely. Click on him while he is stopped to feed, evolve him, and nab the achievement.

14) Look to the Stars: Take note of the framed picture hanging to the right of your Cloud Servers rack. Open up your prestige Dreamtree and toggle the constellation stars so their active states match the sequence shown in that photo.

With all these quirky side objectives handled, there is still one grand mystery left to crack—the hidden ending.

Unlocking the Secret Barn Ending

To witness the true conclusion of the game, you must first complete the Trap a Pet Fly secret and beat the standard campaign.

  1. After the credits finish, return to your office and perform a timeline jump to begin a fresh run.
  2. Look under your main desk: the captured firefly jar will be waiting, and it is now fully draggable.
  3. Scan the dark, shadowy background borders of the office to locate faint chicken silhouettes.
  4. Drag the lit jar directly over each hidden chicken to illuminate and liberate them.
  5. Once every chicken is freed, a vibrant yellow portal opens inside the timelines screen. Trigger another timeline jump and step through the portal to explore the secret barn finale!

And there you have it! Take your time setting up your prestige runs and combing every inch of the desk area. Have fun crossing off every last secret on your checklist!
