UNBEATABLE’s bartending minigame tests your ability to mix drinks tailored to unique customer tastes during Episodes 3 and 4. Mastering this minigame is crucial not just for progression but also for unlocking achievements that celebrate your flair behind the bar. Understanding the subtle preferences and ingredient combinations can transform a chaotic shift into a satisfying and rewarding experience.
Bartending Minigame Combinations
The bartending challenges in Episodes 3 and 4 require precise combinations of ingredients to meet each customer’s specific desires. Each successful mix depends on matching the mood and flavor profile customers request, which ranges from fruity and balanced to crisp or even entirely plant-based.
Episode 3
After discussing the Record Store Photo with the Manager, you can start the bartending minigame by speaking with the Tired Bartender. Once engaged, choose either drink option and continue with the conversation to begin your shift behind the bar.

Tutorial from the Manager
- Bitters
- Nostalgia
- Demerara
“Okay, so you do know how to make an Old Fashioned. Apparently. Damn. You’re gonna be fine.”
Customer 1 Cutie
This customer prefers a sweet, fruity, and balanced drink where the alcohol is barely noticeable.
“Can you just make me something that I can’t taste the alcohol in? Balanced. Sweet but balanced. And fruity! Fruity, sweet, and balanced. But. Still alcohol. Sorry. I shouldn’t backseat bartend. Or I guess that’s just ordering a drink.”
- Bitters
- Demerara
- Sour
“Oh! That’s quite nice actually. That’s really something. I could drink this for the rest of the night. Please don’t let me do that. But, uh, thanks. Damn. You did a good job. There’s maybe a hint of bite, but it’s really well hidden. I might come back later…”
Customer 2 That One Girl
Her order calls for a crisp, refreshing, sophisticated, balanced drink with low alcohol content and no earthiness.
“Heyyyyyy. You’re new here, aren’t you? Do you know what you’re doing back there? Sorry. Just teasing. I’ll make my order simple. I want something crisp, balanced, and refreshing. Sophisticated, but not earthy. And not very alcoholic, if at all. How does that sound?”
- Bitters
- Nostalgia
- Sour
“This is absolutely awful. But that’s the drink’s fault, not yours. You did a great job making it. I should make you do something else. Next time.”
(Note: This combo causes half rewards due to the earthiness of Nostalgia but is acceptable.)
Customer 3 Old Ass Cop
Requests a classic Old Fashioned.
- Bitters
- Nostalgia
- Demerara
“Oh, man. That’s a fricken’ drink right there. Whoo boy. Whoah brother. Damn. That’s got juice. Actually, does this got juice? You could never tell. God. You know, I could fall in love with you. Thank’m, lady.”
Customer 4 This Bozo
He wants something completely plant-based, using only plant ingredients.
“Hiiiiiiiiiii. You know what I want? I’ll make it super simple for you. Give me something planty. Every plant you got! Throw ’em all in.”
- Bitters
- Nostalgia
- Sour
“You DID IT. You Planted.”
Customer 5 Smelly
Seeks a drink that wakes him up, preferably with caffeinated elements.
“Dude. I am falling asleep over here. Do you have anything caffeinated? No? I just need something to shock me awake.”
- Ice
- New
- Demerara
“Oh! That…that does the trick. And now I’m freezing.”
End of Shift
After the shift, aim for $82 or $69 in earnings. Speaking with the Tired Bartender triggers the achievement MAYBE ACTUALLY QUIT YOUR DAY JOB.

Returning to the Tired Bartender again grants the Bar Menu item.
Episode 4
Progress to nighttime and complete the FUTURE PEOPLE quest to remove barricades in the City Center. Follow the right path to Bar Street, enter the establishment, speak with the Manager, and start bartending.

Customer 1 Store Clerk
Requests a drink with strong flavor and character.
“…can I get a… …hmm. Just… something with flavor. Lots of character. As much as you can give me. … Hey, you doin’ alright?”
- Bitters
- Nostalgia
- Sour
“…alright, well. You read me like a book.” “I’m pretty sure I did to you, too. Feel better.”
Customer 2 Old Ass Cop
Returns with the Old Fashioned request.
“Uh. Do you know how to make an old fashioned? That’s… that’s what I want.”
- Bitters
- Nostalgia
- Demerara
“Oh, man. That’s a fricken’ drink right there. Whoo boy. Whoah brother. Damn. That’s got juice. Actually, does this got juice? You could never tell. God. You know, I could fall in love with you. Thank’m, lady.”
Customer 3 Astute
Requests a simple, refreshing drink without sweetness.
“I… Oh my god, you look exhausted. Long day here? … …look, all I want is a drink. Doesn’t need to be much. Simple, refreshing, nothing sweet.”
- Ice
- Nostalgia
- New
“…thanks. Hope you get some rest, soon.”
Customer 4
This customer refuses to order anything.
“God, you look awful. Don’t they have any other bartenders? I don’t want anything from you.
- Nothing
“…hahahaha, funny.”
Customer 5 Straightforward
Requests a straightforward drink.
“Give it to me straight. … Come on. Give it.”
- New
“…Well. Huh.” (This only yields $1 but suffices to win. No better combo confirmed.)
Customer 6 Chill Couple
They want trendy, fruity, bright drinks without bitterness or old flavors.
“We just wanna couple of something trendy. Don’t care what. Just. Fruity. Bright. Nothing bitter. Nothing old.”
- Ice
- New
- Sour
“…yeah, okay!” (This yields $5/$11.12 but still sufficient. Alternatives not confirmed.)
End of Shift
Expect to finish with $70 or $52 in tips. After the Manager’s final dialogue, the achievement IT’S RJ’S FAULT BARTENDING IS EVEN IN THE GAME unlocks.
You also earn the secret achievement IT’S ALL SHE TAUGHT ME.
