The Jungle Island has received new content in Blox Fruits Update 30, including a three-star puzzle questline that rewards players with free levels and other progression benefits. To fully complete the Jungle Island questline, you need to solve three separate puzzles and return to the central NPC after each one.
Here is how to complete all three Jungle Island puzzles and earn all 3 Stars.
Jungle Island Puzzle 1 – Create the Zipline
The first puzzle is the easiest one to complete.
Start by talking to the NPC in the middle of Jungle Island. The NPC will give you a clue about traveling across the island faster.
To solve the puzzle:
- Head toward the Gorilla King boss area.
- Look behind one of the trees near the boss location.
- Find and pick up the Grappling Hook.
- Aim the Grappling Hook toward the opposite side of the island.
- Use it to create and travel across the zipline.
Once you successfully use the zipline, return to the NPC and speak with them again.
You should receive your first Jungle Island Star.
Jungle Island Puzzle 2 – Find the Stolen Hat
The second puzzle requires you to find a missing hat.
Unlike the first puzzle, the location involved here is not completely fixed. You will need to search around the large trees on Jungle Island.
The easiest way to find the thief is by looking for footprints on the ground.
How to Find the Hat
- Explore the areas around the large trees.
- Look carefully for footprints leading toward a tree.
- Follow the footprints.
- Punch the tree where the trail leads.
When you hit the correct tree, the Hat Thief will fall down.
Pick up the stolen hat and return it to the NPC who lost it. After returning the hat, speak to the NPC to complete the puzzle.
This gives you your second Jungle Island Star.
Jungle Island Puzzle 3 – Defeat the Gorilla King
The final puzzle involves a special boss encounter.
Many players may initially be confused by the clue for this puzzle, but the objective is connected to the Gorilla King.
First, wait for the Gorilla King to spawn in the Jungle area.
Once the boss appears, do not immediately start attacking.
How to Activate the Gorilla King Fight
Near the boss area, look for a tree with bananas growing on top of it.
Punch the tree to make the bananas fall.
This causes the Gorilla King to react and enter its stronger state, allowing the proper boss encounter to begin.
After activating the fight, defeat the Gorilla King.
The boss is not especially difficult in terms of raw damage, but it can be annoying because some of its attacks can stun-lock your character. Try to avoid getting caught repeatedly and keep attacking whenever you have an opening.
The Gorilla King also has a considerable amount of HP, so the fight may take some time depending on your build and level.
After defeating the boss, return to the same NPC in the middle of Jungle Island and talk to them again.
How to Get 3 Stars on Jungle Island
To fully complete the Jungle Island questline, you need to finish these three objectives:
- Puzzle 1: Find the Grappling Hook and use the zipline.
- Puzzle 2: Follow footprints, find the Hat Thief, and return the stolen hat.
- Puzzle 3: Activate and defeat the Gorilla King boss.
After completing all three puzzles and reporting back to the NPC, you will have successfully earned 3 Stars for Jungle Island.
The quests also provide free progression rewards, making them worth completing as soon as you gain access to the new Jungle Island content in Blox Fruits Update 30.
