Homelanda Achievements

Homey Happenings

Complete all quests in the Homelanda region. This foundational achievement is key to fully experiencing the area’s charm and unlocking subsequent content.

You’ll need to accomplish the following objectives:

• Photo of Nana — Capture a photo when Nana requests it.
• Critters to Adore — Locate and photograph various critters scattered across Homelanda.
• Take Flight — Follow the mysterious paper plane quest to its conclusion.

Before leaving Homelanda and moving onto Cropten, a few important tasks remain.

Access the giftbox behind your house to obtain the valuable Traveling Cap, which advances the Playing Dressup achievement.

Don’t forget to photograph your house to unlock the Sightseeing achievement, celebrating your connection to home.

Additionally, place photographs in the three empty frames at home to contribute to the Leave Your Mark achievement:

• Right of the bed in your room
• Left of the computer in your room
• On Nana’s dresser in front of her bed

Completing this gives a sense of accomplishment as you personalize your home base.

Where to find the Jam Apples

Apple trees loaded with Jam Apples appear at locations [3], [5], [8], [11], and [12].

Each tree yields three Jam Apples, which you must harvest with scissors and pick up from the ground afterward to complete quests.

Collect a total of 15 apples to produce the three jars of jam required for Cropten’s questlines.

Make a Friend

Assist Pearl the Gardener in taming troublesome vines scattered throughout Cropten.

This quest begins at [1] and takes you through spots [7], [10], [12], and concludes back at [2].

Pearl will teach you to wield scissors with your camera. You must cut off all flowers from the rebellious vines at each location, alleviating Pearl’s allergies.

Continue this cycle until Pearl no longer sneezes, signaling quest completion.

Head in the Clouds

Photograph creatively shaped clouds to fulfill this lighthearted quest.

Begin at location [2].

You must capture two distinct cloud photos at any of the following points:

• [2]
• [6]
• [11]

Spot a cloud casting a shadow on the ground. Hold your camera steady until the cloud morphs shape, then snap the picture.

Present your first photo to Cloudy. Repeat for the second cloud image to fully complete the quest.

Gnome Over

Locate and photograph three lost garden gnomes to return them to their keeper.

Photograph the needle hidden within a haystack.

Migrating Scarecrow

Help relocate a restless scarecrow to a new home.

Pick up the scarecrow at [10], then investigate holes at [3] and [8] to understand its discomfort.

Take it to the holes at [3] and [8] to see why it doesn’t want to stay there.

Finally, place it inside the Farmer’s house at [5] to settle the scarecrow and complete the quest.

Getting That Bread

Repair the windmill to aid the baker’s efforts.

Starting at [10], make sure to open the giftbox in the mill room before cutting the vine’s final flower to save potential backtracking.

Also, pick up the Dog Biscuit from the tray inside the windmill before finishing.

Go onto the roof and talk to Giant to get the seeds.

Discover the source of a mysterious mess disrupting Rabbit’s home.

Start at [11] and speak with Rabbit.

Go outside, climb onto the roof, and put the biscuit in the empty dog bowl. Then return to Rabbit.

Photo Challenge

Find and snap a photo of a giant chicken around Cropten.

Begin this quest at [11]. Various houses resemble giant chickens, but only one fulfills the photo criteria.

Dandelion Danger

Track down a missing dandelion sibling and reunite them.

Initiate at [12]. Photograph the friendly dandelion at the Planter’s house [8] and show this to the Dandelion Siblings at [12].

Visit the Tavern when the band is playing and use the hammer function on the drum located at the leftmost table.
