Emberdusk Mantle

Upon defeating the last foe in a wave, a loot drop is calculated at that enemy's level. If the item qualifies as legendary, all slots with eligible gear bases share an equal chance to roll—with Back weighted at 7% relative to the others—and an eligible base is then selected evenly. Emberdusk Mantle is eligible to appear once enemies reach level 30. Drops on Normal difficulty possess item levels between 10 × (level − 1) and 10 × level + 9. In Nightmare and Inferno, all enemies are fixed at level 70, shifting item level to 700 plus map level (doubled on Inferno).
