How to Use
- Left Click: Level a rune up by 1
- Right Click: Level a rune down by 1
- Shift + Left Click: Level a rune to max
- Shift + Right Click: Reset a rune to 0
- Mouse Wheel: Zoom in/out
- Left Click + Drag: Move around the planner
- Connected Off / Min / Max: Control automatic prerequisite rune upgrades
