Decollate Decoration gives you very little time with your crush, but your choices during that time can lead to some very different outcomes. From cute moments and happy endings to much darker conclusions, there are plenty of paths to explore if you want to see everything the game has to offer.

In this post, I’ll tell you how to unlock all the achievements in Decollate Decoration, including every ending, the side story achievements, and the final achievement for completing all the main story routes. There are 16 achievements in total, and some of them require very specific choices across the game’s seven weeks.

I would personally recommend playing through the game normally at least once before following every route in this guide. It is much more fun when you get to discover some of the surprises yourself. But if you’re missing an achievement or want to complete everything, follow the routes below and you should be able to fill out your achievement list.

In Decollate Decoration, you play as a ghost trying to spend as much time as possible with your crush before your time eventually runs out.

The choices you make each week matter. Depending on how you interact with your crush and the world around you, you can reach bad endings, normal endings, happy endings, and the true ending.

There are six different main endings to unlock, along with progression achievements and side story achievements. Some routes are fairly straightforward, while others require you to make a specific choice during nearly every week.

If you’re trying to get 100% completion, I recommend keeping track of the routes you’ve already completed so you don’t accidentally repeat the same ending.

Progression Achievements

The easiest achievements in the game are the progression achievements.

You don’t need to follow a special route for these. Simply continue playing through the story and survive long enough to reach each new week.

You will unlock achievements for:

• Completing your first week as a ghost.
• Completing your second week.
• Completing your third week.
• Completing your fourth week.
• Completing your fifth week.
• Completing your sixth week.
• Completing your seventh and final week.

These achievements are basically handed to you as you progress through the main story, so you don’t need to worry about them separately.

How to Get Bad Ending 1

Bad Ending 1 is probably the easiest ending to unlock.

The goal here is to make everyone increasingly aware that there is a ghostly presence around them without properly revealing who is behind everything.

To get this ending, use the following choices:

Week 1: Curse

Week 2: Curse

After your second act of love, this route should automatically trigger Bad Ending 1.

If you’re just starting your achievement hunt, this is a good ending to get out of the way first because it only takes two weeks.

How to Get Bad Ending 2

Bad Ending 2 takes much longer and requires you to follow a specific route throughout the entire game.

This is the darker path where you become increasingly determined to be with your crush, regardless of what it takes.

Use these choices:

Week 1: Poltergeist

Week 2: Curse

Week 3: Poltergeist

Week 4: Poltergeist

Week 5: Poltergeist

Week 6: Curse

Week 7: Curse

By Week 7, you should notice that things are becoming much more disturbing. Your ghostly body should appear to be glitching, while your crush looks like he is approaching his breaking point.

That is the sign that you’re on the correct route toward Bad Ending 2.

How to Get the Normal Ending

The Normal Ending is a more bittersweet conclusion.

Sometimes, no matter how badly you want something, you simply cannot have it. You and your crush belong to different worlds, and eventually, you have to accept that reality and move on.

One route to unlock the Normal Ending is:

Week 2: Dream

Week 3: Dream

Week 4: Dream

Week 5: Poltergeist

Week 6: Dream

Week 7: Dream

During the final part of this route, you’ll revisit memories connected to the day you first met. As the truth surrounding your final day becomes clearer, the story moves toward its normal conclusion.

How to Get Happy Ending 1

Happy Ending 1 gives you the outcome you were hoping for: you finally get to be together.

To unlock this ending, choose:

Week 1: Poltergeist

Week 2: Curse

Week 3: Dream

Week 4: Dream

Week 5: Poltergeist

Week 6: Dream

Week 7: Curse

Follow this route through all seven weeks to reach the first Happy Ending.

This is one of the routes where your choices create a much more positive outcome compared to the darker bad ending paths.

How to Get Happy Ending 2

Happy Ending 2 requires one important extra action during the final week.

Follow these choices:

Week 1: Curse

Week 2: Dream

Week 3: Poltergeist

Week 4: Dream

Week 5: Curse

Week 6: Curse

Week 7: Before committing your final act of love, inspect the kitchen sink, then choose Poltergeist.

The kitchen sink interaction is important for this route, so don’t skip it.

After following the route correctly, you’ll reach the second Happy Ending. While it may technically be considered a happy ending, the outcome has a much more complicated feeling behind it.

How to Get the True Ending

The True Ending is one of the most important routes if you’re trying to experience the complete story of Decollate Decoration.

For this path, I recommend interacting with as many objects and characters as possible during each week. You can get extra information and dialogue that makes the story more interesting and gives you additional context.

At the very least, make sure you inspect the door and the bathroom on the final day.

Use the following choices:

Week 1: Dream

Week 2: Dream

Week 3: Dream

Week 4: Dream

Week 5: Dream

Week 6: Talk

Week 7: Talk

This route focuses more on listening and understanding what your crush is trying to communicate.

As you progress through the final weeks, your character begins to remember more about what happened and eventually gets the chance to have a genuine heart-to-heart conversation with their crush.

How to Unlock the Side Story Achievements

Decollate Decoration also includes side stories that provide additional achievements.

The two side story achievements are connected to completing the Prologue and Epilogue.

However, you won’t immediately have access to these stories.

You first need to unlock the different main story endings. Once you’ve completed the required endings, the side stories should become available.

Completing the Prologue

The Prologue contains plenty of things you can interact with and explore.

The good news is that you don’t need to follow a strict order or complete every possible interaction to get the achievement.

You can simply explore the story at your own pace and enjoy the additional content.

Completing the Epilogue

Complete the Epilogue side story to unlock its corresponding achievement.

If you’re working toward full completion, make sure you finish both side stories after unlocking them.

How to Unlock Abyssal Love Master

Abyssal Love Master is the final major achievement for players who want to complete Decollate Decoration.

To unlock it, you need to obtain all of the main story endings.

The side story achievements are not required for this particular achievement.

That means your main goal is to complete:

• Bad Ending 1
• Bad Ending 2
• The Normal Ending
• Happy Ending 1
• Happy Ending 2
• The True Ending

Once all of the main story endings have been unlocked, you should receive the Abyssal Love Master achievement.

Decollate Decoration Achievement Completion Tips

If you’re going for 100% completion, I would recommend doing the shortest routes first and then working your way through the longer seven-week routes.

Bad Ending 1 is especially useful to complete early because it only requires two specific choices:

• Week 2: Curse

After that, you can focus on the longer routes without worrying about one of the easiest achievements.

For the True Ending, take your time and interact with things around you instead of rushing through the weeks. The extra dialogue helps make the route more meaningful, and you don’t want to accidentally miss the important interactions near the end.

Also remember the special requirement for Happy Ending 2: you need to inspect the kitchen sink before making your Week 7 choice.

Final Thoughts

Decollate Decoration has a surprisingly large number of different outcomes considering how simple its basic premise appears. Your choices throughout the seven weeks can completely change what happens to your character and their crush.

If you’re trying to unlock every achievement, the easiest approach is to complete each ending route one by one and keep track of which ones you’ve already finished.

Once you’ve collected all six main endings, you’ll unlock the final Abyssal Love Master achievement and complete the main achievement challenge. After that, you can also finish the Prologue and Epilogue side stories if you’re aiming for absolutely everything the game has to offer.

And honestly, if you discover another combination of choices that leads to one of these endings, it’s worth experimenting with. Part of the fun of Decollate Decoration is seeing how differently your story can play out depending on the decisions you make.
